Soller is very happy to announce the acquisition of a refurbishment asset on Oxford road in Manchester. The asset provides a fantastic opportunity to bring to the market studio units for students of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.
The units will provide incomparable proximity to the new engineering school and student amenities including the Manchester University Student Union. Planning consent for the refurbishment has been granted, with an additional floor under consideration. Soller is targeting a launch for the 2020/21 academic year.
